On any given day we get the CDS process maxing out for no apparent reason. There aren't any more connections or session to the LMS than any normal day. Yet the CDS process maxes out to the point that it is necessary to do a RKill. We run 2 CDS processes and occasionally the second process becomes maxed out immediately after the first process gets killed. Does any one know why?

Does anyone have experience with AICC/SCORM content wrapped in Docent Outliner. If you do, do you know if there is any way to identify these at the database level. E.g. Does the CDS schema hold any information that shows that the course infact is AICC/SCORM

We are currently reviewing our test strategy for load and stress testing and I would like to know if anyone on here has carried out this type of testing on your 6.5 install.

We currently are looking at testing for load/stress using the below targets:

1) Identify max/good threshold number of users that can carry out the same functionality
2) Identiy areas of concern by carrying out the above

We are going to use Load runner to assist with this, but before we jump in 'too deep' I would like to get a feel for how other Docent Admins are tackling this task

Just out of interest has anyone on this forum setup their Docent 6.5X LMS/CDS components to allow for high availability and failover.

Technologies that could be used for this include Load Balancers, NAS for eLearning content Storage and Oracle RAC to host the DB

I'm writing a new piece of code that needs to create an AND/OR association similar to Prerquisites, but have always felt that the Prerequisite interace was less than intuitive. Does anyone have any ideas how the Prerequisite interface might be made more intuitive/friendly? Thank you. Robert
