Steve,

Learning Plans work great – but we did have to modify the code
for the Oracle version to work correctly. Not sure if it ever made it into an
SP. We use GLPs with almost all of our clients.

They will not automatically enroll the user, just place a
learning activity on their plan. You can however create an automated task to
automatically run after your GLP push that enrolls the user in specific GLP
activities, provided you include the logic to not overbook a session. You can
also modify the GLP push function to auto enroll, however I would not recommend
that as this is probably a short term need, and modifying the GLP itself is a
long term solution.

All -

Does anyone know how to automatically enroll every student/employee
into a given Learning Activity and continue to enroll new employees
hired for a company mandated Wed-based learning activity?

We are looking for an automated method/solution with little or no
user/adminstrative effort.

I figured we might be able to create a script, but someone might
already have a solution or ideas.

I don't think Learning Plans will work effectivly, but please correct
me if I am wrong.
