Yes, all TotalLMS 8.0 and beyond installations, as
listed in the release notes supplied with 8.0, and confirmed by my discussion
with my STS sales rep. My understanding is that this is a policy change,
and a result of/enforced by much of the TotalLMS code to be provided only in
compiled form, with no source supplied
or available.

Note that starting with 8.0, it is no longer supported (or
