[docent_users] Re: Nested Blendeds?

Hi,

Yes, adding blendeds to GLPs is our typical process, so we considered that first, but this
particular customer wants all their users to pass the same course code exactly.

I'm not sure of the exact business reasons for it, but that was their request. Usually it
suffices to name each role-targeted blended something like: "Fire Safety for type of user
A" "Fire Safety for type of user B", but not in this case. They want everyone to pass the
exact same course, AND get the role targeting. Also the requirements are complex for
each type of user, as I understand it, or I would have considered using some combination
of units and required elements in a single blended.

I'd be interested in hearing more about what you did instead of GLPs.

couldn't, and extended the Docent code into a much more full functioned
planning/monitoring/reporting tool and is becoming the basis for all of our planned
learning.
