We are going to be implementing a SumTotal 7.6 environment shortly and we are trying to evaluate the best reporting tool to be used in conjunction with the LMS. It would be very helpful if you could provide any feedback for what works well.

In general, I haven't heard much good about the intrinsic ad-hoc reporting provided with the 7.x line. Most complain that what they need isn't there, and that it doesn't scale well for larger systems or larger reports even in smaller systems.
I believe that more than one person has indicated that Microsoft Reporting Services has provided much better results for them. My understanding is that STS is moving to Microsoft Reporting Services in future releases of the TotalLMS platform.
