Does anyone here use WebEx within SumTotal? If you do, do you have a best practices list of how you do it?
The way we are running, we have to set up start times 15 minutes before we actually want to begin the class. SumTotal literally reads whatever time you put as the start and will not allow folks into the session before the official start time.
For example, if a class starts at 2:00 PM, we enter 1:45 PM so that people can get in early.

We've patched that here for Docent 6.5, I'd imagine that it could be patched for TotalLMS 7.2 as well. I'll take a look to see if it's obivious where to change, hopefully it isn't in the jar file.
