Our Monsanto configuration consist of multiple Domains two tiers deep at the most. We have two primary LrnAct Taxonomies, the first is the Subject Offering and the second is Subjects with Child Offerings. We are experiencing random odd email notifications that are unrelated to what users registering for. Is anyone else experiencing odd notification issues?

I have written and posted an article that talks a bit about debuggng notifications. While I can't guarantee that you haven't already considered the kind of approach discussed there, I think that if we can get more detail about your issue, we may be able to better provide suggestions as to how to proceed.
Right now we only have a test system set up on 7.1, but when we migrate our production Docent environment (probably to 7.5), it will probably be a bit more complex than the structure you have described, so I am very interested in seeing more about what kind of issues you may be having.
Note that there appear to be a half-dozen or so notification-related hot fixes currently shown for 7.1, so I would not be surprised to learn of other notification-related issues. Do you have any of those hot fixes installed already?
