As of 2006-08-08, the following new or changed content was available on the SumTotal Systems Customer Productivity Center (CPC).

New:
- 'Chapter_1 Overview to [sic] SumTotalSuite' and so forth - this is the SumTotal TotalLMS 7.2 documentation broken out by chapter through 'Chapter_24 Using Report Manager Mode'. Note that the chapter numbering by topic is revised from 7.1, and note the underscore between 'chapter' and the succeeding number.
- 'Gap Analysis' - instructor-led course for Pathlore LMS users. Note that equivalent courses for TotalLMS have appeared and disappeared periodically, so this may not be here for long. I suggest a check of the SumTotal website training pages for more information rather than relying on the CPC for scheduled courses.
- 'ToolBook Assistant Training Materials' - this is a ZIP file containing sample content used in the ToolBook Assistant training.
- 'ToolBook Instructor Training Materials' - this is a ZIP file containing sample content used in the ToolBook Instructor training.
