Docent 6.x CDS processes maxing out

On any given day we get the CDS process maxing out for no apparent reason. There aren't any more connections or session to the LMS than any normal day. Yet the CDS process maxes out to the point that it is necessary to do a RKill. We run 2 CDS processes and occasionally the second process becomes maxed out immediately after the first process gets killed. Does any one know why?

[sumtotal_users] How to prevent sending scoring data back to the LMS from a SCORM course?

Hi all!

We have a SCORM course that do knowledge check and based on the results will then send score and completion to the LMS (SumTotal 8.0).
Is there a way not to send score and just completion information?

[docent_users] Re: Generic Error Message when Docent Services are Down

Thanks guys. I'll give this a look and do some testing.

Yeah Robert I'm still around, although for how much longer I'm not
sure. As soon as we upgrade to TotalLMS, my Docent days will be
numbered ;)

Thanks again,
Dan

Dan,

[docent_users] Re: Generic Error Message when Docent Services are Down

That's what I thought Joe, and yes you're correct, the CDS will still
be up and running. It's just during our data migration period for
about a week that any links to Docent will be in our production
environment until we convert them all to SumTotal. We just wanted
something a little more user friendly.

[docent_users] Generic Error Message when Docent Services are Down

Does anyone know how to edit the generic error message of :

"A problem occurred in trying to display this page -- please retry.
If the problem persists, contact the system administrator.

The specific cause of the error is:

Docent Servers at '****' are not available. Please try again."
